Financial Policies 2025-2026
NEW STUDENT APPLICATION FEE
The new student application fee covers the processing of a new student’s application. Application fees are non-refundable and are due at the time of registration.
NEW STUDENT TESTING FEE
All students are assessed for admission by ICS faculty. The admissions office will contact you to schedule an appointment. New student testing fees are due at the time of registration.
REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees are in addition to annual tuition and reserve a student’s place at ICS. A registration fee is required for each child enrolled. All registration fees are non-refundable and are due at the time of registration. Acceptance of registration fees does not guarantee enrollment. Enrollment will be granted based on the Family/Student Interview, the date the family application is accepted, and classroom space availability.
TUITION AND FEES
The Financial Agreement with ICS covers the entire school year. The parent(s) or legal guardian(s) who sign the Financial Agreement are fully responsible for payment of all fees according to ICS’s established payment schedules. Parties sharing responsibility for fees must all sign both the Financial Agreement and the Withdrawal Policy Agreement. The timing of PEP scholarship reimbursements does not affect the financial responsibilities or the payment schedule to ICS.
PAYMENT TERMS/METHODS
All families are required to set up a FACTS payment plan for tuition and other incidental fees due to ICS. Upon acceptance, new families will receive an email with instructions on how to set up a FACTS account and select payment dates for the 2025 – 2026 school year. FACTS will process payments from a savings or checking account. Additionally, FACTS accepts Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, with a 2.95% processing fee. If payment is missed due to insufficient funds, a $30 returned payment fee will be automatically deducted by FACTS. A second attempt to collect the payment will be processed 10 days later. If the third attempt is also unsuccessful, a LATE FEE of $25 will be added. Any check returned to ICS due to insufficient funds will also incur a $30 fee, which will be assessed to your account.
The following payment plans are available through FACTS and must be selected at the time of enrollment each year.
Annual FACTS Plan-Tuition is due by July 31st. A discount of $125 per family is available for those who pay the full tuition amount by this date. Payments made after July 31st will be considered late, and the discount will be forfeited.
Semester FACTS Plan-Tuition will be paid in two separate installments. The first payment is due in July, and the second payment is due in January.
Quarterly FACTS Plan-Tuition will be paid in four separate installments as follows.
- The first payment is due in July.
- The second payment is due in October.
- The third payment is due in January.
- The fourth payment is due in April.
Monthly FACTS Plan-Tuition will be paid in monthly installments. You may choose between two payment plan options.
- The 11-month plan, which begins in June and ends in April.
- The 10-month plan, which begins in July and ends in April.
Students will not be re-enrolled for the following school year if there is an outstanding balance. Failure to pay past-due amounts after repeated requests may result in the account being turned over to an outside collection agency. This action does not reduce, eliminate, or waive any obligation to pay the amounts owed to ICS.
