• Summer office hours for both campuses are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, except June 18th – July 5th, when the offices are closed for summer vacations, and July 27th, during Teacher/Staff Training.


• If you have not picked up Pre K – 8th grade report cards  and SAT scores, please pick them up at the Winter Park campus during office hours as soon as possible.


• There is a curriculum bulletin board outside the office at the WP campus.  Feel free to post items you wish to sell or find contacts to buy your books from there.


• New Family Orientation is August 2nd from 1:00 – 4:30 pm at the WP campus.


• Open houses for Pre K – 2nd grade will take place on Monday, August 9th.  Feel free to drop in from 1:00 – 2:30 pm that day to meet your teacher.


• Teachers in grades 3 through 8 will be sending a letter to their students regarding an off-campus ice breaker that will take place before the school year begins.

• Old cell phones can be dropped off to Liz Gritter.
